Before Service--

-         Arrive by 9:30 a.m.

-         Set up communication and greeter tables.  The facility set-up team should have the tub in the lobby when you arrive, however if it is not there the tub is located in the big closet on the east side of the childrens facility. 

-         Open front door as able to help welcome those worshipping at Papio.

-         Welcome everyone to Papio.  Encourage visitors to sign visitor sheet.  The folder with the sign-in sheet is in the communication table tub.  If you are uncertain whether someone is a regular or visitor, a phrase you can try:  Have we met before?

-         Pass out bulletins as you welcome people in.

-         If you find out someone is a first-time visitor, please offer them a popcorn gift with a Papio brochure.  Again, these should be in the lobby when you arrive, however if they are not they are kept in a plastic container near the communication tub in the closet of the childrens facility.  If you notice the supply of popcorn is low or you pass out the last one, please let me know so that the box can be replenished.

-         It has been suggested that we help usher late arrivals into seats or follow them in to make sure they are able to find a seat.

 

After service

-         Be available after service at welcome center to answer questions and thank for coming to Papio.

-         Put communication and greeter table items back in tub.
