Cleaning the Childrens Facility
Papio Creek Church has been fortunate to have a hard-working group of families and individuals that have pitched in to make sure that the mission of our church is advanced and that things get done. We continue to have challenges that require all of us to work together to make things happen.
Many of our families and individuals are scheduled to clean the Childrens Facility. If a specific week is a problem, they are to contact Tom Scates and he can arrange a switch with other members. Cleaning is especially critical now that the facility is being used more than just on Sundays. On the second and fourth Sundays, there are some additional tasks included. Some of you who have age appropriate children might want to encourage them to help clean so they can feel that the Childrens Facility is theirs too. We suggest that members clean the facility during the week prior to the Sunday(s) assigned to them. If a particular week does not work for you, we suggest that you contact another family or individual and arrange to trade dates. Please let Tom know if you exchange dates. Unless you have a key to the Childrens Facility or do your cleaning when you know it will be open, you will need to contact Darrin to arrange for access to the Childrens Facility. The cleaning can usually be done on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sunday afternoons. (Check with Chris Marsh, Parent Day Out Coordinator - 932-5578, 253-2724 H, 677-8232 C so to not plan on cleaning while an event is being held at the facility. You can also check the website calendar if Chris is not available.) Below is the cleaning information.
