Gift-Based Ministry We value being a people who are faithful stewards of the gifts God has given each of us, and desire to identify, develop, and utilize our time, talents, and treasure. 1 Corinthians 12; Romans 12:3-8
Individual Spiritual Growth We value being a people who commit to growing in their personal walk with God throughthe pursuit of the Christian disciplines. This occurs as we commit to being and living like Christ.
Relationally Driven We value being a people who share God's love through life-changing human interactions and by developing meaningful relationships. One great way this happens is in small groups. John13:34-35; 1 Corinthians 13

Unconditional Acceptance We value and embrace each individual, as they are, regardless of gender, race, age, or personal history, and strive to remember that God loves us right where we areso we may grow in the Christian faith. Romans5:8, Romans 15:7; Ephesians 4:2
Outreach We value being a people who intentionally and creatively seek out opportunities to share the blessings and meaning of a real relationship with Christ.
